These Panthers Have the Best Chance of Making the Pro Bowl

The 2021 Carolina Panthers have an abundance of new young talent on offense and defense. Although the Panthers are not expected to have a great regular season, they have more than a few players that could make the Pro Bowl. These are the players from the Panthers that a source from Fan Nation predicted will be selected for the Pro Bowl.

1. RB Christian McCaffrey
Christian McCaffrey should come back ready to go after having an entire off season to recover from his injuries. 2020 was one of those seasons where there was one setback after another for him. Before last season, McCaffrey was always healthy, never missing a game in his professional career and only missing one game during his collegiate career as a Stanford Cardinal. After missing a majority of the season, he is going to be anxious to prove that he is still a top running back in the NFL.

2. WR DJ Moore
DJ Moore is expected to play a major part in the Panthers aerial attack and should put up great numbers in the upcoming season. Moore is a threat to make plays down the field. He can make short catches and run for extra yards. Even though Robby Anderson has a previous connection with QB Sam Darnold when they were both with the New York Jets organization, there is a strong possibility that Moore will turn into Darnold’s number one receiver.

3. RT Taylor Moton
There are very few right tackles that are on the level of Taylor Moton. He does not get over-matched very often, but if he does, he doesn’t lose confidence. Moton is able to stay poised and get ready for the next play. Even if Carolina moves him to a different spot on the line, there will be very little difference in production, if any at all.

4. DE Brian Burns
Brian Burns does not get enough attention nationally, but he is a solid defensive end that knows how to play his position. The Bosa brothers and Chase Young get a lot of national recognition, but once the Panthers start accumulating wins, Burns will garner more respect and admiration. In his first two years in the NFL, his statistics are at the elite level. He has amassed 83 tackles, 16.5 sacks, 13 tackles for loss, 37 quarterback hits and 4 forced fumbles. Once Burns develops a counter move to go alongside his spin move, he will be an even bigger force for opposing offensive lines to stop.
