Coach Baucom has spent 42 years coaching high school football and currently serves as the Head Football Coach for Hickory Grove Christian School.  Prior to Hickory Grove, Coach Baucom also spent four years coaching Sam Howell in high school.  Sam (UNC-Chapel Hill) is currently considered one of the top college quarterbacks in the nation.
