Clarence E. Council III is a 2019 graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Sports Administration, with a minor in Sports Broadcasting. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. Sports writing and reporting have been his passion since a very early age. He enjoys being involved in the sports arena because it helps him to spread his enthusiasm and love of sports to others.
